Changing the face of healthcare. At least part of it.

White lab coats, smiling models and sterile imagery define an industry that has suffered from a lack of differentiation, ambiguous messaging and cluttered paths to critical information. Fort West was challenged to imagine a fresh and wholly unique brand experience for our client MyMTMCare.


MyMTMCare is an innovative provider of comprehensive medication therapy management (MTM) services, delivered through an exclusive network of pharmacists. They help health plans, Medicaid plans, private insurers and employer groups reduce the cost of healthcare by reaching high-risk patients, diagnosing conflicts, and encouraging long-term medication adherence.


Based on the brand promise to “make medications more friendly”, we developed a fun and highly approachable visual brand that stands boldly apart from the competition. We literally brought the brand to life through playful animated vignettes used to support key value propositions.


In addition to a digital overhaul and print collateral design, we developed a unique tradeshow presence complete with custom-designed stress balls shaped like our animated characters.


MTMCare’s new site experience provides concise and clearly articulated answers to complex issues, with audience tailored content paths. We’ve recently launched phase one of the rollout, and are currently working on extending the storyline to other areas of the brand.
